A PET bottle production project needs a common set of product and process requirements before machines can be compared. Bottle size, neck finish, preform information and the planned output should be reviewed together with the tooling and factory utilities.
Define the bottle formats
Prepare a drawing or physical bottle sample for every important format. Include the required capacity, external dimensions, target weight and neck finish. Identify the dimensions and product checks that will be used when reviewing production samples.
List the planned product mix and the output required for each format. If several bottles will share equipment, ask the supplier to identify the tooling and handling changes needed for the proposed range.
Clarify the preform supply and process arrangement
Where preforms will be supplied to a bottle blowing operation, provide their drawings, neck-finish information, material specification and available samples. Ask the equipment supplier to confirm the proposed arrangement against those inputs.
MINY also lists BPET single-stage injection stretch blow molding machines. Review this product group separately when comparing the process arrangement for a project. The selected route should be confirmed against the actual bottle and production requirements.
Compare the equipment and mold proposal
The PET blow molding machine range includes RB rotary models and other machine families. Start with the product drawings and confirm the proposed mold configuration, production assumptions and included equipment for the chosen machine.
For a model-level review, see the RB4 rotary PET stretch blow molding machine. For single-stage equipment, compare the BPET-70V4 and BPET-125V4 detail pages.
Include the factory interfaces
Confirm the air, cooling, electrical and material-handling requirements for the selected configuration. Coordinate inspection, bottle collection and downstream transfer with the available space. Record the scope and responsibility for each interface before finalizing the line layout.
Send the bottle and preform information through the MINY contact page to begin a configuration discussion.
