Catalogue Range and Project Requirements

BITOP states that its preform injection-mould engineering covers 1 to 64 cavities. The brochure also gives a 28 mm neck and 12.5 g preform as a section example; those figures are not expressly assigned to every pictured mould.

For wide-mouth jars, the catalogue mentions 53, 63, 70, 90, 110 and 120 mm neck-size options according to its stated SPI standard. Exchangeable design, valve gate and short-tail hot-runner arrangements are presented as options; confirm the selected equipment.

• Provide the finished part and neck-finish drawings, target cavity count and resin.
• Confirm the injection-machine interface, gate and cooling requirements before final mould design.
• Select the jar neck specification, preform weight, gate arrangement and injection-machine interface for the project.
