Catalogue Range and Project Requirements
BITOP states that its preform injection-mould engineering covers 1 to 64 cavities. The brochure also gives a 28 mm neck and 12.5 g preform as a section example; those figures are not expressly assigned to every pictured mould.
- Provide the finished part and neck-finish drawings, target cavity count and resin.
- Confirm the injection-machine interface, gate and cooling requirements before final mould design.
- Confirm preform weight, neck finish, bottle design and compatible injection machine for the requested 32-cavity configuration.
