Auxiliary equipment should be planned around the production task of the main machine. Material preparation, cooling and scrap handling each have their own operating requirements and interfaces. Reviewing them together helps the project team develop a workable installation layout.
Drying and loading: define the material route
The MINY range includes HDL dehumidifying drying and loading systems. The HDL-120U-80F product page lists a 120 L hopper and combines honeycomb dehumidification, hot-air drying and material loading in one mobile unit.
For a proposed application, provide the resin information and expected material consumption. Ask the supplier to confirm the selected drying arrangement, loading route and connection to the processing machine. The resin supplier's processing guidance should be included in that discussion.
Cooling: review the duty and connections
Industrial chillers need to be discussed alongside the selected equipment's cooling requirements. Record the required operating conditions, connection locations and the responsibilities for installation pipework. Check the ventilation and service access needed by the proposed chiller.

Scrap handling: describe what will be processed
List the materials, runner sizes and types of rejects expected from production. Confirm the proposed granulator arrangement and how scrap will be collected and transferred. Agree on the intended handling of regrind for the application rather than assuming every production requirement permits the same reuse arrangement.

Check the complete production cell
- Locate material, cooling and electrical connections on the layout.
- Allow access to controls, ventilation grilles and maintenance points.
- Keep material movement and finished-product collection routes clear.
- Confirm who supplies each hose, pipe, cable and connection.
